Rules

Leaving and/or Returning to the guild

• If you have left the guild and wish to return, please pm the guildmaster, Kold.

Communication

• No derogatory speech.

• Gauge the room before speaking 

• No long conversations within the chat channels

• No current global events as they can be overbearing to some members or seen as “pushy”.

• Please refrain from spamming text channels...

• Please following basic mic etiquette

  • Use push-to-talk if there is background noise present (or if your mic picks up your breathing)

  • Mute your mic or use push-to-talk when eating and drinking

  • Don't interrupt others

  • Use side channels to run group activities (Mythic+, Pug-Raiding, Timewalking, ect.)

• During official Guild events, do not interrupt the leader (our officers put a lot of work into Guild events, please respect them)

Voice Chat Lobbies

• Please respect dedicated discord rooms.  Eg. If you are not in the Mythic event please don’t enter the Mythic’s room.

• Gauge the room before speaking.

• If you are participating in an event in a dedicated channel, try not to have excessive outside conversations.

• Before connecting, please check your mic quality so that no one hears squeakiness instantly.

Harassment

• Bullying is not tolerated.  If someone asks you to stop, please stop.  If you are being harassed, please consult an officer or upper staff.

• Any type of harassment will result in a ban.

• Aggressive or combative type talk or behavior will not be tolerated.

• Discrimination is an instant ban, please do not preform any sort of it.

• Blackmailing, etc will also result in a ban.

Advertising

• We ask that you don't charge for carries to fellow guild members. If you wish to sell carries, please do it via trade chat. 

• If you wish to advertise (Esty, Facebook Marketplace, ect.), please use the self-promotion channel in the Discord

  • If you are purchasing from an ad in the self-promotion channel, please use the same caution you would purchasing from any private sale.  United Azeroth does not verify these ads.  

  • They are placed by fellow guildies - you have the opportunity to get to know the person before deciding to purchase from their ads 

Removal from Discord

• All members can be terminated at any time from the Discord

• Long-term members can dispute removal (within reason).

• If you have left the server, and wish to return, please pm the server owner:  Kold. Applications for return will be taken on a case by case basis

• If you plan on leaving the server, it would be greatly appreciated if you tell us why (not required).
  
  

Need Help with Discord

Discipline Policy

• 1st violation will receive an official warning

• 2nd  violation will be banned from the guild and discord.

Complaints Policy

WoW:

If you experience any issues with other players (who are a part of our guild) that go against our guidelines please inform Brisk (aka Co-GM). She will investigate and speak with all parties involved.  When the investigation is complete, the officer core will meet to discuss. This process shall take no more than 7 days. If you would like to appeal an officer’s ruling, bring it up to the admin Co-Gm (Brisk)

Poaching

No advertising other communities, Discords, and/or games that we have already made foundations in.

Repetitive requests of joining other communities will not be tolerated. If you are interested in having a community sponsored or creating a new game in the community please talk to the Leader of the discord or one of the admin staff. They will be more than happy to share your interest in making the gaming community better.

Destructive guild behavior, also know as toxic player behavior

Aggressive or combative type talk or behavior will not be tolerated.  If you find yourself overbearing or not able to gauge a room, it can result in disciplinary action. These actions are listed in the General rules and info and are openly posted for all to view.

Inclusivity

We are an inclusive guild.  If you need an accommodation to fully participate in guild events, please contact the GM (Kold/TheNakedMage) or the Vice GM (Brisk/Iterin) directly.
