Heroic raids do have a higher ability standard and last for 2 hours. If you can not meet these minimum requirements or are messing up mechanics, you will be asked to leave. Also positions on the heroic raid team, will be determined by the Raid Leads - No spots are guaranteed.
The requirements to come to heroic raids are:
A minimum of TBD ilvl
All gear must be 2 star level enchanted (3 star is encouraged)
2 star level Flasks and Weapon buffs are required (3 star is encouraged)
You must come prepared with your own - these will not be supplied by the guild
DPS must bring and use 2 star level tempered potions (3 star is encouraged)
TBD mil DPS minimum
TBD mil HPS minimum
You must know the mechanics prior to the raid night (strategy guides will be posted in Discord)
Raiders are required to watch the strategy guide videos prior to Raid night
If you mess up a mechanic three times, you will be asked to sit out the remainder fight (you will be allowed to re-join on the next boss)
Use must use your main during Heroic raid. Any exceptions are per the Heroic raid lead's discretion and must be approved before raid night.
Your main must not be locked out of the boss fights indicated by the Raid lead the week prior
After the ready check, silence on voice chat is expected. The raid leads need the floor for call-outs. If you are still talking, you will be muted.
The Raid Leads will provide the strategy for each fight. Strategy ideas should not be discussed over voice chat during raid.
Instead: message the raid leads in Discord and your idea(s) will be considered
Try to please be online 15 - 20 minutes before raid start times.
Come prepared with:
Flasks
Enchants
Weapon Oils
Other consumables (ie. Tempered Potions)
Communication is essential - if you know you will be late or leaving early, let the raid leads know head of time.
If you intend to raid with the group you must sign up in Discord. If you do not sign-up for Raid in Discord, your spot in not guaranteed.
Raiders are required to have a working headset, and be on Discord. (There will be no two people on one discord username.)
If at any time you are causing a disruption in the RAID, you will be giving 2 chances. (First will be a verbal warning, second you will be asked to leave.) This includes disruptive behavior caused by consuming intoxicating substances (eg. drugs and alcohol).
Harassment or disrespect towards raid members and/or leaders will not be tolerated and may result in removal from Raid.
Loot: Only roll NEED, if you actually need the item. If you make a mistake and get a piece of gear (or item) that you do not need, please trade the item to the raid lead. The raid lead will distribute the item.
BOE Loot: If you receive a BOE from the trash and you are going to use it you are welcome to keep it. If you are not going to use it, we ask that you please offer it up to the raid to improve our group. If you keep the item to sell, we would appreciate it if you would donate some of the sale to the guild to help offset the costs of materials for cauldrons, feasts, etc.
Loot Violations: First offense will be a public verbal warning, and second offense will be removal from the Raid.
While we are raiding, there will be breaks given (typically half way through). During that time, please get any drinks, snacks, or whatever done you are needing to.
There will be no Political, Racial, or any type of talk that could cause someone to get offended, or upset. We are all Human Beings here. Let’s treat each other with respect.
When the guild is supplying the raid with cauldrons, feasts, etc., it takes a lot of resources. Please try to contribute towards the guild bank (donate mats, gold, sellable items, ect.) Without the help and support of the entire group we may not be able to provide these.
We understand that we're all learning the raids and how to work together as a team. If a player is struggling (as determined by the Raid leader), the raid lead will discuss ways they can improve in private.
We will keep last-minute changes to a minimum (we don't enjoy them any more than you do). Please try to be patient and flexible when they happen.
Finally, please remember This is a game. We all come to this virtual world to escape our everyday lives. So please come in with an open mind, a positive and respectful attitude and enjoy your stay.
