The requirements to come to heroic raids are:
A minimum of 650 ilvl
All gear must be 2 star level enchanted
3 star level Flasks and Weapon buffs are required (you must come prepared with your own - these will not be supplied by the guild)

1.0 mil HPS minimum
You must know the mechanics prior to the raid night
If you mess up a mechanic three times, you will be asked to sit out the remainder fight (you will be allowed to re-join on the next boss)
Use must use your main during Heroic raid (Alts are allowed for Vexie only right now). Any exceptions are per the Heroic raid lead's discretion and must be approved before raid night.
No conversation is allowed during boss fights (during trash is fine). Quiet is expected after the ready check. The raid leads need the floor for call-outs. If you are talking during boss fights, you will be muted.
Try to please be online 30 minutes before raid start times. (This is so we can get everyone summoned and everyone can get last minute items needed for the raid.)
Guildies who are signed up in the discord will get first priority, then non-guildies who are signed up in the discord, then other Guildies, then Pugs (If you're late, you may have to wait until someone leaves before you can join)
Raiders are required to have a working headset, and be on Discord. (There will be no two people on one discord username.)
Raiders should have their addons downloaded and installed before the raid starts.
Raiders should watch the Fatboss or Hazelnutty's video of the raid prior to it's start.
If at any time you are causing a disruption in the RAID. you will be giving 2 chances. (First will be a verbal warning, second you will be asked to leave.)
Loot: Your loot is your loot but, if you’ve gotten a piece of gear or item that you do not need, please trade the item to the raid lead or designated officer. The raid lead/officer will post in the chat offering the piece and decide who gets it based on n or roll determent by G.M or Raid leader.
BOE Loot: If you receive a BOE from the trash and you are going to use it you are welcome to keep it. If you are not going to use it, we ask that you please offer it up to the raid to improve our group. If you keep the item to sell, we would appreciate it if you would donate some of the sale to the guild to help offset the costs of materials for cauldrons, feasts, etc.
While we are raiding, there will be breaks given. During that time, please get any drinks, snacks, or whatever done you are needing to.
While raiding, if you happen to be consuming any intoxicating substances (eg. drugs and alcohol), please note this, you will be given two chances if you are being disruptive. First will be a warning; Second will be removal from the group.
If you are removed from the group more than 2 times. You will be asked not to join us anymore.
There will be no Political, Racial, or any type of talk that could cause someone to get offended, or upset. We are all Human Beings here. Let’s treat each other with respect.
All gear must be enchanted and gemmed for raid, If you need anything enchanted or need gems please let the raid lead, assistant, or another officer know and we will help you. Please do this before the raid is scheduled to start.
The guild is supplying the raid with cauldrons, feasts, etc. These are not free; they take time and gold to be able to offer them for the group. We ask that you find a way to help contribute towards the guild bank in order to keep offering these as a courtesy. Donate mats, gold, sellable items, etc. Without the help and support of the entire group these may disappear.
If you intend to raid with the group you must sign up on the in-game calendar.
This is a game. We come to this virtual world to escape our everyday lives. This won’t be like any other raid group you have been apart of. So please come in with an open mind, respectful attitude and enjoy your stay.
If you can't make the raid, please post in the raid channel and we will sub you. Consistently missing raids will make it less likely that you'll gain an official spot.
No calling other players out during the raid. Bring it up to the raid leader instead or following the complaints policy.
We understand that we're all learning the raids and how to work together as a team. If a player is struggling (as determined by the Raid leader), the raid lead will suggest the player practice in LFR (Looking For Raid), Mythic +, do world quests, read Icy Veins, and Wowhead on their class and rotations. This will be done in private.
The addons are optional, but recommended (except Method Raid Tools). If you don't have a working knowledge of them, please let the raid leader know. He/She/They will walk you through each addon and what they are meant for.
